The short version: Nyxlo doesn't have accounts, doesn't run analytics or trackers, and doesn't send anything about you off your device. The word bank and audio are bundled in the app itself, so it works fully offline. The only outside party involved at all is Google Play or Apple's App Store, when you choose to buy Nyxlo Premium.
Nothing that identifies you. Nyxlo doesn't ask for a name, email, or account of any kind, and doesn't include analytics, advertising, or crash-tracking software.
The app does store a small set of preferences — your chosen session length, voice, pacing, and ambient sound settings — but this is saved locally on your device only, using your device's standard local app storage. It's never transmitted anywhere, and it's deleted automatically if you uninstall the app or clear its data.
Nyxlo Premium is sold as a one-time unlock through your device's app store — Google Play Billing on Android, or Apple's In-App Purchase system on iOS. When you make a purchase, that transaction is handled entirely by Google or Apple — Nyxlo never sees or stores your payment details. Their own privacy policies govern that part of the process; see policies.google.com/privacy or apple.com/legal/privacy.
Nyxlo only stores whether you own the unlock (yes or no) locally on your device, so the app knows which features to show you.
Nyxlo requests a small number of permissions, each tied directly to a feature:
None of these are used to access personal data, location, contacts, camera, or microphone — Nyxlo doesn't request any of those.
Nyxlo doesn't knowingly collect information from anyone, including children, because it doesn't collect personal information from anyone at all.
